Description: You will be responsible for the performance of a variety of technical services from the local support office and at different customer/user sites across the EMEA region. The main function is to directly support the customer by troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues and then repairing those issues promptly to minimize impact on the customer. This includes coordinating resources and materials necessary to resolve system failures and completing proactive system maintenance as needed. All work to be carried out in compliance with the latest procedures and protocols. Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Role requires excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Italian. Extensive travel involved. Candidate must be fluent in English and Italian. Other languages beneficial.
Retribuzione / Contratto Salario minimo: 34,000pa Valuta del salario: EURO
